Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!

I am an acupuncturist, herbalist, yoga teacher, shamanic guide, and explorer of a multitude of healing modalities.

After 15 years of acupuncture practice, I have come to find my gift is in working with those on the cusps of transitions: new mothers, new grandparents, those letting go of old identities, those looking for a new path forward.

Life is full of constant transitions and I am here to support you physically, mentally, and spiritually through the wisdom of healing traditions.
